Mike Culbert is a big man with a big heart and some big stories. He is a father of three, and ex-professional Rugby League Player and a Senior Firefighter. In 2018, at the age of 52 he won both the NSW and the Australian body building titles being crowned Mr Australia Grand Master. Life has thrown Mike his fair share of curve balls and challenges. He shares with us his childhood, the loss of his wife and how he takes care of his mental health.

Ingrid Ozols AM is a 2016 Australian Human Rights Medal Finalist and currently sits on the Expert Advisory Committee for the National Mental Health Commissioner who advises the Prime Minister on Suicide Prevention. She is also providing advice on Mental Health during Covid-19. Ingrid is an active workplace, community, mental health and suicide prevention advocate, educator and peer supporter of more than 19 years.

Nicole Brown is a proud Larrakia woman. A single mum with an eight-year-old son, she works for Northern Land Council as a contract administrator for the Caring for Country program. Her passion is breaking down Indigenous barriers with her vast knowledge and skills through Indigenous Engagement Consulting. Nicole also volunteers her time to mentor young girls in Years 10, 11 and 12 through the Girls Academy, Juninga Centre and the Smith Family.  In conversation with Kathie Melocco, Founder of WOW Chaplaincy.
