Join us for the 2025 cohort that starts October 30, 2025. WOW Self Care School's licensee program teaches the helpers, the healers and cultivators of hope evidence based Self Care Principles to take away and share with your own communities. Workbooks that you can co-brand, access to 'My Year of Self Care School for your clients and patients.  It's a comprehensive program that encompasses the core pillars of Self Care: Physical, Social, Career, Financial, Community, Spiritual and Planet. All modules are built on a foundation module of Emotional Self Care. 

To be eligible to become a WOW Self Care School licensee you must complete the Rise Up  Foundations in Self Care Program that is offered each year in March, June and October.
