The Self Care Tribe is a FREE to join community. Content, special discounts, gatherings and retreat experiences are curated by WOW Chaplaincy throughout the year as a community initiative. Self Care School is a bi-annual. 8 week online video based course delivered in March and September (Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and South Hemisphere respectively). It is a fee based program.
Yes, membership of the Self Care Tribe is completely FREE. All you have to do is sign up to join with your email address. We'll take care of the rest. Regular self care tips, challenges, special guests, gatherings, retreats and more. You choose what interests you. Meet other Self Carers and boost your wellbeing.
The weekly bonus Self Care offers are all available on the Self Care Tribe Facebook page. They are released each Sunday and are valid for the week.
